研究领域:功能微生物的挖掘与应用研究。主要包括(1)益生菌的筛选及其健康效应分子机制;(2)膳食纤维与益生菌的互作机制及其对肠道健康的影响;(3)益生菌与宿主相互作用。

个人简介:汪涛,男,1990年生,河南信阳人,博士,硕士生导师。 20226月年毕业于西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程专业,获工学博士学位(导师:吕欣教授);20186月毕业于西北农林科技大学食品科学专业,获工学硕士学位;20156月年毕业于吉林农业大学粮食工程专业,获工学学士学位。20229月以高层次人才引进到昆明理工大学yl34511线路中心-官方网站工作。攻读博士学位期间以第一作者发表SCI学术论文12篇,参编英文专著1部。
